Beta Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Curator Research is currently in private beta. During the beta period:

  • The service is provided on an as-is, as-available basis without warranties of any kind
  • Features, data coverage, analysis accuracy, and service availability may change without prior notice
  • Beta access may be revoked at any time at our sole discretion
  • No service level agreements (SLAs) or uptime guarantees apply during beta

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Curator Research platform operated by AIDNI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

AIDNI provides AI-powered regulatory intelligence services for the Indian BFSI sector through the Curator Research platform. Our services include regulatory document search, semantic analysis, knowledge graph exploration, and regulatory monitoring tools. The platform is currently in private beta.

3. User Accounts

Access to the platform requires an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at admin@aidni.cloud.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our proprietary data, models, or algorithms
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure
  • Share account credentials or allow unauthorised access
  • Redistribute platform outputs in a manner that competes with our services

5. Data Sources

Curator Research sources public-domain regulatory data from official government and regulatory authority websites. AIDNI does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, currency, or accuracy of source documents. Regulatory documents may be updated, superseded, or withdrawn by issuing authorities without notice to AIDNI.

While we strive for accuracy in our analysis and extraction, the original regulatory text as published by the respective authority remains the authoritative source. Our platform provides analytical tools — not legal advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform software, AI models, extraction algorithms, knowledge graph structures, and analytical outputs are the intellectual property of AIDNI. Source regulatory documents remain under their original public-domain or government publication terms.

7. No Regulatory Advice

Outputs from Curator Research — including extracted rules, entity mappings, compliance assessments, formulas, and analytics — are AI-generated and provided for informational and research purposes only. They do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial, or compliance advice. Users must independently verify all regulatory information against primary source documents published by the respective regulatory authorities before taking any action.

8. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered extraction from regulatory documents may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Specifically:

  • Extracted rules may not capture the full context or applicable exceptions
  • Entity classifications may be incomplete or imprecise
  • Cross-references and lineage data may not reflect the latest amendments
  • Numerical thresholds may be incorrectly parsed from complex regulatory tables

Users bear sole responsibility for verifying all platform outputs against authoritative regulatory sources.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIDNI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to errors in document extraction, missed regulatory updates, or analytical inaccuracies.

In no event shall AIDNI's total liability exceed the fees actually paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or INR 10,000, whichever is greater. During the beta period where no fees are charged, total liability shall not exceed INR 10,000.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIDNI, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from (a) your use of the platform, (b) business or regulatory decisions made based on platform outputs, or (c) your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate beta access at any time. AIDNI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

12. No Service Level Agreement

During the beta period, AIDNI makes no guarantees regarding service availability, response times, data freshness, or system performance. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur without advance notice.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panchkula, Haryana.
