1. Who We Are

AIDNI ("we", "us", "our") is a Micro Enterprise registered under UDYAM-HR-13-0036545, located in Panchkula, Haryana, India. We operate the Curator Research platform — an AI-powered regulatory intelligence service for Indian BFSI institutions.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum personal data necessary to provide beta access: name, email address, company name, and professional role. We do not collect sensitive personal data as defined under DPDPA 2023.

Specifically, we collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, organisation, and role when you register for beta access or create an account.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns within the platform.
  • Visitor Analytics: On our public website (aidni.cloud), we use anonymous visitor IDs and session IDs stored as cookies to understand traffic patterns. These do not identify you personally.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and country of origin (derived from Cloudflare headers).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and improve our regulatory intelligence services
  • To process beta access requests and communicate platform updates
  • To analyse usage patterns and improve search relevance
  • To ensure platform security and prevent abuse
  • To comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations

4. Data We Process

Curator Research indexes publicly available regulatory documents published by Indian regulators (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, PFRDA, IFSCA, MCA, NABARD, IBBI, and others). All source documents are in the public domain. We do not access, store, or process any confidential or proprietary data belonging to financial institutions or their customers.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and infrastructure monitoring. Our systems are hosted on secured cloud infrastructure with regular security reviews.

6. Data Retention

Personal data collected during beta registration is retained for the duration of your beta access or 24 months from collection, whichever is shorter. You may request earlier deletion at any time. Visitor analytics data is retained for up to 12 months and is not linked to your personal identity.

7. Third-Party Services

We use Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Data is used solely for providing and improving the Curator Research platform.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for session management and visitor analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Specifically, our public website uses two cookies: a persistent visitor ID (vid, 1 year expiry) and a session ID (vsid, cleared when browser closes). These are used for anonymous traffic analytics only. The platform application may use additional cookies for authentication and session management.

9. Legal Basis & DPDPA Compliance

We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable Indian laws. Our lawful basis for processing is consent, provided when you submit the beta access request form. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or requesting deletion of your data.

10. Data Processing Location

Data is processed on cloud infrastructure in India (Google Cloud Platform, Mumbai region). Anonymized analytics may be processed on servers outside India for performance optimization.

11. No Automated Decision-Making

We do not use your personal data for automated decision-making, profiling, or scoring. Platform analytics are derived from public-domain regulatory documents, not user data.

12. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@aidni.cloud. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
